It appears that the applicant/Insurance Company under this application, is claiming refund of statutory deposit of Rs.25,000/-. The learned Counsel for the claimants has already clarified about the receipt of entire amount of compensation by the claimants. 3. In view of the same, the application stands allowed and the applicant/Insurance Company is hereby permitted to withdraw the amount of statutory deposit along with the accrued interest thereon till date, if not withdrawn earlier. 4.
