The wrong doer is seeking to dispossess petitioner from his land and put him in another plot. His client made application dated 12th February 2025 to respondent no.2 (the Commissioner). Prayer is for direction upon said respondent to consider the application. 2. Mr. Ambrish Shukla, learned advocate Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, the application will be duly dealt with. 3. Respondent no.2 is directed to consider and deal with petitioner's application dated 12th February 2025. Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order along with copy the application to said respondent.
