The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jamua P.S. Case No. 197/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 69 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Ms. Sushila Hansda, learned J.M., 1st Class, Giridih. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have established physical relationship with the informant, who is a married lady. It is further alleged that the parties indulged in physical relationship for a considerable period of time. After the informant got divorced, she asked the petitioner to marry her, when he refused to enter into matrimonial relationship, this case was instituted. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that no date of occurrence has been given by the informant. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Sushila Hansda, learned J.M., 1st Class, Giridih or her successor in connection with Jamua P.S.
