1. This is the second bail application. The first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn in M.Cr.C. No. 4376 of 2024 vide order dated
23.07.2024.
2. This bail application is filed by the applicant under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 87/2023 registered at Police Station – Saja, District – Bemetara, Chhattisgarh for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 336, 307, 302 & 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

4. Perusal of the order dated 23.07.2024 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 4376 of 2024 (Annexure A/1) whereby, the first bail application of the applicant was dismissed would show that there is already a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial. Perusal of the order-sheets placed on record does reflect that the order dated 23.07.2024 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 4376 of 2024 was placed before the learned Trial Court. Hence, in the opinion of this Court, the relief for a direction to expedite the trial cannot be ordered again at this stage.
5. Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 is dismissed. However, the applicant will be at liberty to place the order dated 23.07.2024 before the learned Trial Court . Certified copy as per rules. Sd/- (Parth Prateem Sahu) Judge Dey
