1. By the present writ petition, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 02.12.2024 passed by the STAT whereby the application for stay filed by the petitioner has been rejected.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the appeal against the order dated 12.08.2024 is pending before the STAT and the interim application has been rejected on 02.12.2024 by the STAT. He further make a limited prayer that the STAT may be directed to decide the appeal within a stipulated period.
3. Learned Addl. Advocate General has no objection to the submission made by the petitioner.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the appeal is pending before the STAT, therefore, it
3 is directed that the said pending appeal be considered and decided, in accordance with law and on its own merits within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
