This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking direction to the court concerned to expedite the trial in FIR No. 0577 of 2019 bearing Criminal Case No. 15954 of 2019 (State Vs. Praful & Ors.) under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 IPC along with 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, Police Station Bhrampuri, District Meerut pending in the Court of Additional Court of Judicial Magistrate no. 7 of District Meerut within a stipulated time or in a time frame. Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since long time. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
