Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petition at hand was filed in public interest so as to command the respondents to promptly and efficiently commence and complete the upgradation of road from B. G. to Balnoi (Mendhar) under Batch-I of PMGSY-III for the financial year 2022-2023. 2. It is submitted that the matter has been pending since 2023, and pursuant to the notice issued by this Court, the respondents 1 to 4 have filed their response. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that in the wake of the stand set out in the written statement and the documents appended therewith, nothing substantive survives in the petition. 4. However, in case any cause of action arises in future or the petitioner is aggrieved in any manner, he shall take recourse to the remedies as shall be admissible in law. 5.
