Heard Sri Jai Raj Singh Tomar, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Shashi Prakash Singh, learned A.C.S.C. for State. 2. It is a case of petitioner that in terms of G.O. dated 06.01.2015, petitioner, a teacher of Hindi, Social Science, English subject, at Madarsa Hidaytul Islam Tigai Kanpur Dehat was required to be paid honorarium of Rs. 3000/- per month with effect from 01.05.2014 and, therefore, he has approached this Court in the year 2014. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that admittedly, petitioner was paid honorarium of Rs.3000/- after 2016, which is also referred in counter affidavit. During the pendency of this writ petition, petitioner has attained the age of superannuation. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that now only grievance of petitioner left is to pay arrear of Rs. 1000/- per month between 2014 to 2016. 5. Learned A.C.S.C. for State submits that since petitioner is paid Rs.3000/- per month as honorarium from 2016 onwards, therefore, after superannuation, no order for payment of arrear be passed. 6. I have considered the above submission and perused the record. As referred above, petitioner has made out a case of payment of arrear of salary though for a specific period between 2014 to 2016 only i.e. about of 24 months, therefore, arrear would be Rs.24000/-, therefore, instead of remitting back to case to concerned respondent, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation/ direction that concerned respondent shall pay Rs.25000/- as lump sum to petitioner.
