The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Balidih P.S. Case No. 106 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 974/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 420 and 376 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bokaro. 3. On the pretext of marriage, the petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix who is a major lady. Later on, the petitioner refused to marry her. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the parties were in consensual physical relationship for more than two years. 5. Ms. Bandana Sinha, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Bokaro in connection with Balidih P.S.
