RAHUL CARIAPPA., AGA FOR R-1 & R-2; SRI. M.H.SAWKAR., ADVOCATE FOR R-3) THIS WP IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, PRAYING TO DIRECTING THE R3 TO CONSIDER THE REPRESENTATION OF PETITIONER DATED 24-01-2025 VIDE ANNEXURE-G AND FURTHER DIRECT R3 TO ISSUE PAVATHI KHATA IN NAME OF PETITIONER IN RESPECT OF SUBJECT LAND. THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE N S SANJAY GOWDA ORAL ORDER 1. The prayer in this Writ Petition is to issue a direction to respondent No.3 to consider the representation dated 24.01.2025, a copy of which is produced as Annexure-G. 2. A perusal of Annexure-G would indicate that the petitioner is seeking for registration of katha on the ground that he has inherited the property from his mother, Rathnamma in whose name the katha was existing. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:8644 WP No. 4166 of 2025 3. In my view, since the petitioner is claiming that he has inherited the property and is placing reliance on certain documents, which are enclosed to the said representation, it would be appropriate to direct respondent No.3 to consider the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. It is needless to state that nothing said in the order shall be construed as an opinion expressed on the merits of the Writ Petition. This Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. 5. In view of the disposal of the petition, all pending interlocutory applications, if any, stand disposed of. Sd/- (N S SANJAY GOWDA) JUDGE HNM List No.: 1 Sl No.: 36
