Heard Sri Prashant Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent no.1 is not considering the claim of petitioner for extending the benefit of grant-in-aid despite the application of petitioner dated 20.06.2018 as well as Government Orders dated 03.06.2018 and 25.09.2019. In respect to his grievances, petitioner has submitted several representations to the respondent no.1, but respondent no.1 is not paying any heed to the request of the petitioner. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending and appropriate direction may be issued to the respondent no.1 to consider the grievance of the petitioner. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without adverting into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file a fresh representation alongwith certified copy of this order raising all his grievances before the respondent no.1-Additional Chief Secretary/Principal Secretary, Minority Welfare, U.P. at Lucknow within a period of one month from today. In case, any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the respondent no.1 shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of two months thereafter from the date he receives representation of the petitioner.
