1. By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records of the case. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash/set aside the impugned order dated 18.10.24 passed by respondent no.7. 10.3 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issued appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus,
order, direction directing the respondent to performed their duties under clause 7.1 to 7.6 of the Chhattisgarh Rehabilitation Policy 2007. 10.4 That, the Hon'ble Court may issue suitable
3 direction to the respondents and the respondents may be directed to consider the claims of the petitioner for the grant of regular permanent employment in the permanent establishment of respondent N.T.P.C. and the respondent N.T.P.C. may be directed to grant employment to the petitioner as per the qualifications and training of the petitioner. 10.5 That, any other relief / reliefs which may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be allowed.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner admitted the fact that the instant petition has been registered as service matter whereas the contents are civil in nature, due to misunderstanding he has filed this instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner is seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the petition at this juncture.
3. No objection from other side.
4. Accordingly, the prayer is allowed and the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file a fresh duly constituted petition.
