1. Heard Mr. Anjay Mishra, learned counsel holding brief of Mr. Sachin Nidhi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Soumya Sharma, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing on behalf of the State.

2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following relief(s):-
“It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and pleased to quash the F.I.R. no. 225/2014 dated 29.08.2014 and Final Report no. 227/15 dated 25.08.2015 (Annexure-P/1), Supplementary Final Report no. 227/15(A) dated
14.11.2015
(Annexure-P/2), Supplementary Final Report no. 227/15(B) dated 12.07.2018 (Annexure-P/3) registered by the respondent no. 3 and also the charge sheet which has been framed U/s 407 of I.P.C. (Annexure-P/4), is in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present petition, the dispute between the parties has been amicably resolved outside the Court. In view of such settlement, the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition any further and, therefore, prays that the same may be
disposed of as having become infructuous.
4. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and taking note of the fact that the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties, no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the present petition pending for adjudication.
5. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous. No order as to costs. Sd/- Sd/-
