Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Giddi P.S. Case No. 46 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of Smt. Priyanka Chopra, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Hazaribag. On 26.06.2024 at about 2:30 P.M., the informant was waylaid by three persons near Tongi, Giddi. They looted Rs.1,04,755/- from the informant. It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that Rs.42,000/- were recovered from the possession of the co-accused. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt. Priyanka Chopra, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Hazaribag or her successor, in connection with Giddi P.S. Case No. 46 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
