The petitioner shall make such a request before the Trial Court who shall consider the same, in accordance with law. 4. In any case, if the application for setting aside ex parte judgment and decree is filed, it will be appropriate for the Trial Court to decide the same first and, thereafter, to proceed with the execution proceedings. 5.
