The present application has been filed to quash the impugned NBW order dated 01.07.2024, passed by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Room No.13, Meerut, as well as entire proceedings of S.C. No.-802 of 2024, arising out of case crime no.0487 of 2021, under Sections-302, 120-B IPC, Police Station-Medical College, District-Meerut, pending in the court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Room No.13, Meerut and permit the applicant to remain on same bail bonds filed earlier. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that applicant was on bail but subsequently because of certain reasons, he could not appear before the court below on 01.07.2024. On that date, impugned NBW was issued against the applicant. It is further submitted that applicant will appear before the court below, if some protection is granted to him. 4. Considering the aforesaid submission, present application is disposed of with a direction that applicant will appear before the court below within a period of 15 days and apply for bail and same shall be considered in accordance with law. 5.
