An affidavit of compliance has been filed by Mr. Shashi Shekhar Tiwari, learned Additional Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the State. The affidavit is one dated 28.08.2024. 2. In paragraph no. 3 of the said affidavit, it is averred that the applicant, Naveen has been convicted and sentenced to seven years rigorous imprisonment after trial by the learned Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge (POCSO Act), Bulandshahr vide judgment and order dated 23.12.2020 passed in Special Case No. 1256 of 2017. 3. It is an application for bail pending trial. The trial has ended with the applicant's conviction. 4. In this view of the matter, this bail application no longer survives.
