On perusal of the impugned order, it is evident that the Court has recorded satisfaction on the basis of verification, before issuance of process. 3. I have perused the verification and find no error committed by the learned trial Court in issuing the process. Furthermore, there is a delay and latches in raising the challenge to the impugned order which has not been explained properly. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
