Earlier on account of non-prosecution, the criminal miscellaneous petition was dismissed on 03.10.2023. Thereafter, one S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.12/2024 was filed on behalf of the petitioner for seeking restoration of the criminal miscellaneous petition vide order dated 07.10.2025. This Court restored the criminal miscellaneous petition by recalling the earlier order of dismissal. 3. Even today, despite second call, nobody is present on behalf of petitioner.
