Hon’ble Mr. Justice Amitendra Kishore Prasad Order on Board 16/01/2025 1. Since the matter is heard and decided finally, as such, default pointed out by the Registry is ignored. 2. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records of the case. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash/set aside the impugned order dated 18.10.24 passed by respondent no.7. 10.3 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issued appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus, order, direction directing the respondent to performed 3 their duties under clause 7.1 to 7.6 of the Chhatttisgarh Rehabilitation Policy 2007. 10.4 That, the Hon'ble Court may issue suitable direction to the respondents and the respondents may be directed to consider the claims of the petitioner for the grant of regular permanent employment in the permanent establishment of respondent N.T.P.C. and the respondent N.T.P.C. may be directed to grant employment to the petitioner as per the qualifications and training of the petitioner. 10.5 That, any other relief / reliefs which may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be allowed.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at present he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh duly constituted petition. 4. No objection from other side. 5. Accordingly, the prayer is allowed and the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file a fresh duly constituted petition.
