The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following reliefs:- "It is therefore most humbly and respectfully prayed that this writ petition may kindly be allowed and this Hon'ble Court by appropriate writ, order or direction: (i) Direct the Sub-Divisional Officer, Kotkasim (Alwar) to decide the suit no. 39/2013 titled as Government Upper Primary School Madhupur vs Hukum Singh and Ors., expeditiously and within 3 months; (ii) Pass any other relief, order or direction that this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the interest of equity, justice and good conscience." 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a Revenue Suit No.39/2013 for correction of the entries in revenue record, which is pending before learned Sub-Divisional Officer, Kotkasim, District Alwar for last more than 12 years. Learned counsel for the petitioner makes a limited prayer that the present petition be disposed of with a direction to the learned Sub-Divisional Officer, Kotkasim, District Alwar to dispose of the said suit pending before it in a time bound manner. 4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, the present petition stands disposed of with a direction to the learned Sub-Divisional Officer, Kotkasim, District Alwar to dispose of the Revenue Suit No.39/2013 pending before it, as early as possible, preferably within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
