Call for relevant records from the in C.C.No.41425/2024 pending on the file of XLI Additional Chief Judicial Metropolitan Magistrate, (ACJM) Bengaluru, thereby taken cognizance of offences under section 498-A, 504, 506 of IPC and Sec.,3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act; ii. Quash the entire proceedings pending in C.C.No.41425/2024 pending on the file of XLI Additional Chief Judicial Metropolitan Magistrate, (ACJM) - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:8373 CRL.P No. 2443 of 2025 Bengaluru, thereby taken cognizance of offences under section 498-A, 504, 506 of IPC and Sec.,3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act,. iii. Pass such other and further orders as deemed fit in the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice." 2. After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petition may be disposed of as withdrawn reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to seek discharge / file discharge application which may be directed to be disposed of by the trial Court in accordance with law. 3. The said submission is placed on record. 4. The Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn reserving liberty in favour of the petitioners to file an appropriate discharge application before the Trial Court, who shall consider the same, in accordance with law.
