The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saur Bazar Case No. 254 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366A, 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4, 6 of the POCSO Act read with Section 9 of the Child Marriage Prohibition Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have abducted the victim. 4. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she has got married to the petitioner on her own and the petitioner is in jail since 17.04.2025. Patna High Court CR. MISC. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Saharsa/concerned Court below in connection with POCSO Case No. 38 of 2024 arising out of Saur Bazar Case No. 254 of 2024.
