The present writ petition is filed seeking a declaring that the action of the respondents in not paying payments to the petitioner for the works done in Ponnur Municipality vide agreements No.170/2017-18 dated 31-01-2018 and Supplemental agreement NO188/2018-19 dated 23-01-2019, agreement No.168/2017-18 dated 31-01-2018 and and supplemental agreement No.149/2018-19 dated 7-12-2018, agreement No. 48/2018-2019 dated 25-03- 2019, agreement No. 52/2018-19 dated 25-03-2019, agreement No. 49/2018- 19- dated 25-03-2019 and agreement No. 53/2018-2019 dated 25-03-2019 (in total 6 agreements). 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the respondents have subsequently processed and released the aforesaid final bill amounts payable to the petitioner. It is therefore submitted that the grievance of the petitioner no longer survives for consideration before this Court. 3. Recording the above submission and since nothing further survives for adjudication in the present writ petition, the same is accordingly closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
