HARI HARANADHA SARMA WRIT APPEAL No.1049 of 2025 JUDGMENT:('Per Hon’ble Sri Justice Battu Devanand) This Writ Appeal is filed aggrieved by the order, dated 21.08.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.21656 of 2025. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned 2. Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for the respondents. Perused the material available on record. W.P.No.21656 of 2025 has been filed challenging the proceedings issued by the 2^^ respondent wherein one Dr.K.Srinivasa Rao, the then in charge of DCHS, Kurnool is directed to attend the enquiry 3. scheduled to be conducted on 13.08.2025. After hearing, the learned Single Judge of this Court has opinied that the impugned notices, dated 29.07.2025 and 06.08.2025 were not issued to the appellant and they were issued to Dr.K.Srinivasa Rao and it is not clear 4. from the writ affidavit as to how the appellant is aggrieved by the said notices. Further, the learned Judge opinied that the Court does not find any merit in the Writ Petition and accordingly dismissed the Writ Petition by order. 4 dated 21.08.2025. Aggrieved by the said order, the present Writ Appeal has been filed. Admittedly, the impugned notices, dated 29.07.2025 and 5. 06.08.2025 were issued to one Dr.K.Srinivasa Rao and they were not issued to the appellant herein. As such, in our considered view, the learned Single Judge has rightly considered the said aspect and dismissed the Writ Petition by a reasoned order. 6. For the aforesaid reasons, we are not inclined to interfere into the order, dated 21.08.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.21656 of 2025. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is dismissed. 7. There shall be no order as to costs. 8. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand 9. closed. Sd/- M.S.V.
