1. Heard Mr. Ashok Patil, learned counsel for the appellant as well as Mr. S.S. Baghel, learned Deputy Government Advocate, appearing for the State/respondents.

By way of present writ appeal under Section 2 of Sub-Section (1) of the Chhattisgarh High Court (Appeal to Division Bench Act, 2006, the appellant, who was one of the review petitioner in Review Petition, has challenged the order dated 07.08.2024 passed by learned Single Judge in REVP No.117 of 2011 (Shrikant Awasthi & Others Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Others), by which the Review Petition filed by the appellant / review petitioner, seeking review of the order dated 30.06.2021 passed in WP(227) No. 4028 of 2021, has been allowed in part by the learned Single Judge.

Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant appeal with liberty to approach respondent No.4 for redressal of his grievance.
