ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent Nos.1 to 4.
2. This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondent Nos. 2 to 4 in allotting the plots in the land measuring of Ac.1.84 cents in R.S. No.57 of Chandapuram Village, Nandigama Mandal, Krishna District, under the scheme Navaratnalu-Pedalandariki Illu pending the title dispute in between the petitioner and others and 5th respondent.
3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, relying upon the written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 23.09.2025, submits that the subject land to an extent of Ac.1.84 cents in R.S. No.57 of Chandapuram Village, Nandigama Mandal, Krishna District, was voluntarily acquired from the 5th respondent for distribution of house sites to eligible beneficiaries from among the landless poor people under the Navaratnalu- Pedalandariki Illu program. On physical verification, it is found that the 5th respondent is in possession and enjoyment of the said land as per the registered sale bearing Document No.4244/2019, to an extent of Ac.1-84 cents vide ePPB Khata No.872. The distribution of house-site pattas to the eligible beneficiaries has been completed, and the construction of house-sites is under process in the above said R.S.No.57.
4. The copy of the instructions of the 4th respondent shall be made as part of the Court record.

5. In reply, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the 5th respondent in O.S.No.69 of 2020 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Nandigama.
6. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, no further orders can be passed in this Writ petition.
7. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is permitted to pursue the above said suit pending before the civil court. Interim
order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
