ORAL ORDER
1. The Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs; a. Appoint Honble Mr. Justice A.V. Chandrashekara, Judge (Retired), Honble High Court of Karnataka, as the sole arbitrator to adjudicate and decide upon the disputes between the petitioner and the respondent in accordance with clause 21.8 of the lease deed dated 3rd march, 2020 (produced as Annexure-B). b. Grant such other relief (s) as may be seen fit in the
facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity.
2. A memo dated 24.11.2025 signed by the learned counsel for the Petitioner has been filed, which reads as under:

“MEMO FOR WITHDRAWAL The undersigned counsel for the Petitioner respectfully submits that the parties have amicably settled their disputes. In view of which, it is humbly prayed that this Hon’ble Court be pleased to permit the Petitioner to withdraw of the captioned petition in the interest of justice and equity.”
3. Accepting the said memo and the submission of
learned counsel for the Petitioner that the disputes have been amicably settled between the parties, the petition stands disposed.
