This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

Account No.99999990456456, HDFC Bank, Annamayya Circle Branch, Nellore District, in Crime No. 359/2025 of Arundal P.S, Guntur District even in spite of the Bank Accounts of the petitioner not linked to any criminal activity even the petitioner not involved in any crime including Crime No. 359/2025 is illegal, arbitrary under Article 12 and 14 of the constitution of India and contrary to Sec 94 and 106 (3) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Samhitha, 2023. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the Investigating Officer in Crime No.359 of 2025 filed a memo in the concerned Court i.e., V Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Guntur informing about the freezing of accounts pertaining to the Petitioner herein and the said Court took the memo on file vide CFR No.8912, dated
11.11.2025. 3. Sri Ch.Murali Krishna, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy with regard to the defreezing of accounts before the concerned Court in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
