This Court granted sufficient time to the appellant to get proper instructions from their client. 2. Learned counsel for the appellant represents that they could not contact their clients to get any instructions on this aspect. 3. Considering the above factual position, as the learned counsel for the appellant is not in a position to contact their clients and to place proper instructions before this Court and in view of the submission of the learned counsel for the respondent that parties have settled the matter out of the Court and are living separately, in our considered view, no purpose will be served by continuing these proceedings further. 4. Accordingly, the Family Court Appeal is dismissed.
