For the said reason, the petitioner was not represented when the matter was listed on 05.11.2024, and even today, the petitioner is absent on call. Accordingly, it appears that on satisfaction, the petitioner is not interested to peruse this arbitration petition. Accordingly, the arbitration petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
