The petitioners has filed the instant petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking quashing of FIR No.240 dated 11.12.2019 registered under Sections 323, 406, 498- A, 506 & 34 of IPC, 1860 at Police Station Sector 32-33, District Karnal (Annexure P-1) and all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 28.03.2025 (Annexure P-2) arrived at between the parties. 2. On receipt of advance copy of the petition, Ms. Gaganpreet Kaur, D.A.G., Haryana has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.1-State and on instructions from SI Vinod Kumar, submits that the proclamation proceedings against petitioner No.1 are continuing before the Trial Court although and petitioners No.2 & 3 are on bail. 3. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh one after petitioner No.1 surrenders before the Trial Court. 4.
