It is the contention of the applicant that the proceedings under Section 101 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 have not yet been decided but the opposite party is threatening to dispossess the applicant from the disputed property. Mere threat or apprehension of disobedience is not a cause of action for registering proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. The application is dismissed.
