The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for recalling/modifying/review order dated 07.11.2024 passed by this Court on 07.11.2024 in CRR No. 1024 of 2024 (Smt. Renuka Patil & others Vs. Harish Patil) by which order dated 24.08.2024 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court Bilaspur, District- Bilaspur (C.G.) in Misc. Criminal Case No. 231/2020 rejecting application filed by the applicants therein under Section 125 ARUN KUMAR DEWANGAN Digitally signed by ARUN KUMAR DEWANGAN Date: 2025.01.07 10:42:42 +0530
2 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of interim maintenance, has been set aside.
2. This Court after appreciating the evidence, material on record as also taking into consideration all the facts has recorded its finding which does not suffer from any material illegality or irregularity which warrants any interference by this Court.
3. Considering this aspect of the matter, the petition being bereft of any merit is liable to be and is hereby dismissed.
