Respondent(s) For Petitioner : Mr. Jitendra Chandrakar, Advocate Hon’ble Shri Justice Rakesh Mohan Pandey Judgment On Board 10/01/2025 1) By way of this petition, the petitioner has sought the following relief(s):- 10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Trial expedite the trial of divorce case filed by Court to the petitioner under Section 13 (A) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 registered as CS-A 183/2021 and pending which is before the Hon’ble Court of First Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, District- Durg, Chhattisgarh in a stipulated time. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief(s) as deemed fit and necessary by this Hon'ble Court in the facts and the circumstances of the case. 2) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is only seeking a direction to expedite the trial of divorce case filed by 2 petitioner U/s 13(A) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 which is registered as CS-A No. 183/2021 pending before learned First Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, District-Durg (C.G.) since 05.02.2021. 3) Heard. 4) Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by petitioner, this petition is disposed of directing the concerned trial Court to make all endeavors to conclude the proceeding of pending C.S.-A No. 183/2021 expeditiously. 5) With the aforesaid direction(s), instant writ petition stands disposed of.
