ORDER: Heard Sri C.Subodh, learned counsel for the Petitioner/Accused No.2. This interlocutory application has been filed, seeking relaxation of the condition Nos.lV to VI imposed by this Court in Criminal Petition Nos.7332 of 2025 dated 25.07.2025 and to direct the investigating officer to return the Passport of the petitioner/A.2. It is further submitted that since the Petitioner is a business man, he is not in a position to move to the other places for his business and livelihood. It Is submitted that, in view of Conditions Nos.iv to vi, the Petitioner is unable to attend his regular works. Sri K.Sandeep, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor that the Court may pass appropriate orders. Considering the submissions made, the conditions imposed in Criminal Petition Nos.7332 of 2025 dated 25.07.2025 with regard to Petitioner/A.2 is modified as follows: would submit Nos.iv to vi Regular Conditions Modified Conditions The petitioner / Accused No.2 shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned on the 4*’’ Saturday of every month until the filing of the charge-sheet petitioners/Accused The Nos.2 and 3 shall before the Station House Officer concerned once in a week i.e., on Every Saturday between 10.00 a.m and 5.00 p.m., till filing of the charge sheet appear Nos 2 petitioner^ccused No.2 ^ NoS;2 and 3 shall not leave not leave the limits of the state the express n^e^rmis*® without without giving intimation to the Z Station Tuse OffieTr House" concern^ officer shall furnish the official whatsapp number to the
