By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction towards the 2 respondent to consider his application (Annexure P-2) for issuance of permanent social status certificate. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filled an application dated 04.09.2024 before Respondent No. 2 i.e. SDO, Raipur but the same is still pending though the stipulated time has expired. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that if such application is filled and is still pending, the same would be decided within stipulated period. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents. 5. In view of the above submissions made, the writ petition is disposed off with direction to SDO, Raipur (Respondent NO. 2) to decide Annexure P-2 dated 04.09.2024 within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
