However, the online application is available only insofar as S.No.278/8 is concerned. Therefore, it is left open to the petitioner to submit a separate application for survey of S.No.278/10. Once such an application is made, the 1 st respondent shall act upon the same and take a decision with respect to the survey of the subject property, within a period of four weeks thereafter. If there are any other interested parties, such survey shall be conducted in their presence. 4.This writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
