By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1 To pass a direction/issue appropriate writ and quash the order dated 06.12.2024 and 11.12.2024 i.e. Annexure P1 and P2; 10.2 To further direct the Respondent authorities to reinstate the Petitioner as Incharge of paddy collection Centre, Gondahoor. 10.3 Any other relief which this court deems fit in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned State counsel has raised an objection about the maintainability of the petition stating that there is alternative remedy available to the petitioner under the law, as he may file an appeal in accordance with Section 77 of the Chhattisgarh Co- operative Societies Act, which the petitioner has not availed. It is submitted that the petitioner may approach the Joint Registrar for redressal of his grievance. 3. Upon this, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will avail the remedy available to him under the law. 4. In view of above, the petitioner is directed to file the relevant appeal before the Joint Registrar within a period of 5 days from 3 the copy of this order and, in turn, the Joint Registrar is directed to decide the appeal within a period of two weeks from the date of filing of the appeal, in accordance with law. 5.
