Heard Sri M.Chalapathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that there are civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent regarding fixation of boundaries. Basing on the complaint given by the 9th respondent herein, a case has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.183 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 109, 191(3) r/w 190 BNS. On the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.184 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1) r/w 190 BNS was registered against the unofficial respondents. In both cases, investigation is completed 5 and charge sheets have also been filed. Other cases are also pending between the same parties, i.e., C.C.No.74 of 2023 and C.C.No.1562 of 2023, apart from Crime No.175 of 2023, in which charge sheet is also filed and both parties are bound over under Section 126 BNSS on 17.09.2024. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would further submit that the petitioner has given another representation in Public Grievance Redressal System to the Collector on 28.07.2025 by making false allegations and matter relates to civil dispute. 5. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to recourse his remedies before appropriate forum. No order as to costs.
