Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner addressed a Letter dated 27.09.2025 to the respondent No.1-Corporation, stating that the petitioner has received the compensation. In view of the same, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ___________________________
