This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 11.05.2023, in Case Crime No. 100 of 2023, under Section 306 IPC and Section 3(2)(v) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Gajner, District Kanpur Dehat. 4. Learned A.G.A. for the State submitted that the Charge sheet No. 65 / 2024 has been forwarded on 28.04.2024 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives. 5. In such view of the matter, the prayer made above is declined. 6. In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
