Kour, learned senior counsel appearing for the appellants, submits that the case in hand is fully covered by the judgment of this Court dated 25.11.2024 passed in LPA No. 193/2024 along with other clubbed matters. Mr. Vishal Sharma, learned DSGI appearing for the respondents, could not point out any distinguishing features in the case at hand. In view of the aforesaid facts, this appeal is also decided in terms of judgment (supra). The judgment passed by the learned Single Judge is set aside. Consequently, writ petition filed by the appellants is allowed and termination orders whereof are quashed. The appellants shall be put back in service forthwith along with all consequential benefits.
