This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in lifting and transporting of earth (Bondu Matti) from the river bed lands and flood bank of Godavari River Branch (thogarapaya), to an extent of Ac.92.85 cents in Sy.Nos.64/1 and 79 of Mandapalli, Sy.Nos.483, 15 and 40/1 in Kothapet of Vadapalem Villages of Kothapet Mandel, East Godavari District to fill the lands and formation of layout for the house sites under the Navaratnalu - Program and the NOC dated 23.05.2020 issued by the 5th respondent. 3. At present there are no illegal/unauthorized excavation of earth from the Godavari flood bank adjacent to Mandapalli, Kothapeta, Vadapalem Villages in the above said survey numbers. 5. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. 6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs. The written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 17.09.2025 shall be made as part of the Court record.
