No fresh vakalat filed for the writ petitioner though the matter posted under the caption 8For Dismissal9. 2. Sri S.Syam Sunder Rao, learned Standing Counsel-cum-Special Public Prosecutor for ACB would submit that the trial was already commenced before the trial Court, and therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous. 3. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
