He would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file an appeal challenging orders passed under the provisions of Section 14(B) of the Act, 1952. 2) No objection from the other side. 3) Permission granted. 4) Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the liberty as stated above. 5) Certified copy, if any, be returned to the petitioner after retaining its xerox copy.
