The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed a complaint on 17.08.2024 aggrieved by the action of the neighbour in disturbing the boundary stones of the petitioner. It is submitted that on the directions of this Court a survey was conducted and boundary stones were fixed. The neighbor of the petitioner was trying to encroach the property of the petitioner by removing the boundary stones. In that regard, the petitioner filed a report before the 4‘^ respondent on 17.08.2024. 2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that no such representation has been received by the respondents 2 to 4. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 4. Considering the same, this Writ Petition is disposed off, liberty is granted to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the 4‘^ respondent in person.
