By the present writ petition, the petitioner is questioning the Annexure P-6 dated 30/08/2024, by which, the application for reinstatement of the registration as A-Class Contractor has been rejected. The said rejection is under challenge. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that appeal against the said order dated 30/08/2024 is pending before respondent No.2 and there is a provision in the circular which is marked as Annexure P-8, Clause 6.5 provides that the appeal should be decided within a period of 30 days, but though the appeal has been filed on 12/09/2024, till date the appeal has not been decided by respondent No.2. 3. Learned counsel for the State/respondent submits that if the appeal is still pending, the same shall be decided within a period of 15 days. 4. Having considered the submission made by learned counsel for both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the appeal pending before him, within a period of 15 days from today. 5.
