The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.3 at the behest of respondent No.4 interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the respondent No.4 2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that the police are not interfering with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and the 4th respondent. The 4th respondent is the wife of the petitioner and she gave a complaint against the petitioner and it was registered as a case in Crime No.109 of 2025 on the file of Eluru III Town Police Station, Eluru District for the alleged offences under Section 85 of BNS and Sections 3 and 4 of DP Act on 29.04.2025. The police are investigating the crime only and not interfering with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and the 4th respondent. 3. Recording the submissions, the writ petition is closed without costs.
