According to him, he filed Departmental Appeal against the said punishment on 28.06.2021, which has not been decided so far. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer and submits that the Appellate Authority be directed to consider petitioner’s Appeal, which was submitted on 28.06.2021. 5. Having regard to the facts of the case, writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Appellate Authority to consider and decide petitioner’s Appeal, if already not decided, within ten weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
